Terms Entered in Search
When you type a name, location, or other term into a search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Currituck County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's handling of the query is governed by its privacy terms.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or use a contact form, we retain the message and the contact details you supply so we can respond. We do not share a message outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
Technical Visit Information
